Tropical Fruit Fluff Smoothie Bowl

Smoothies are great and all, but smoothie bowls really take breakfast to another level. They're essentially thick smoothies that you can load up with lots of delicious toppings - YES!

Looking for a way to celebrate summer and start the day on a super refreshing note? Try this quick and easy recipe on for size. It's got you covered with all of those tropical summer flavors that you've been craving. It's like stepping into the tropics without ever leaving your kitchen table - a tastebud vacation for sure.

Fluffy, naturally sweet and incredibly simple to make, you'll be eating spoonfuls of sunshine in no time at all. Let's get blending!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen

  • ¼ cup pineapple cubes, frozen

  • ¼ cup mango cubes, frozen

  • ½ cup coconut water

  • optional toppings: strawberries, coconut shreds, banana slices

Instructions

  1. Add bananas, pineapple, mango and coconut water to a blender. Blend until fully incorporated and texture is fluffy.

  2. Pour into a bowl or hollowed pineapple half and top with your favorite smoothie bowl toppings.

Notes

  • If you prefer smoothies to smoothie bowls or need to take this meal on the go, try adding more coconut water to thin out the mixture until it's straw-approved.
