Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, frozen
¼ cup pineapple cubes, frozen
¼ cup mango cubes, frozen
½ cup coconut water
optional toppings: strawberries, coconut shreds, banana slices
Instructions
Add bananas, pineapple, mango and coconut water to a blender. Blend until fully incorporated and texture is fluffy.
Pour into a bowl or hollowed pineapple half and top with your favorite smoothie bowl toppings.
Notes
If you prefer smoothies to smoothie bowls or need to take this meal on the go, try adding more coconut water to thin out the mixture until it's straw-approved.
